  This Christmas I worked a few shifts on the kettle for the Salvation Army at the Hart Save-On. I thought that it would be worth mentioning what I witnessed. Every night I would observe the cashiers for two hours while I was on duty, and I did not see one instance where any customer recieved less than stellar customer service. Through 4 days of shifts I likely saw 10-12 different employees and every one of them was committed to ensuring their customer's experience exceeded their expectations. As a consumer it is very nice to see this level of commitment to the customer. Hats off to a great team.
