- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Due to my regular dentist retiring i was due for a clean, i contacted Concept and booked a appointment, i was asked to come early for ''familiarization'' firstly i was given a lecture on how great Dr Rickards is,a massive waste of time, wanted my teeth cleaned, not the life story of a egotist. l was then told i would need a check up and xrays, (at my expense, despite having this done 8mths ago) just to have a cleaning. l am 48 years old, and had my teeth cleaned more times in more places than i can remember, this is the FIRST time i have come across such practice, which to my mind is thinly veiled extortion.by Mark WOctober 18, 2017
